In this beautifully unique class with Alison Thompson, you will learn the art of embroidering with dried flowers to create a unique piece of art.
Using weaving techniques, you will learn how to attach various dried, preserved and pressed flowers onto tulle in an embroidery frame.
Not only will you be given all the flowers you need (plus extras to take home), the tulle and the embroidery hoop, you will also learn the various ways to start drying and preserving your own flowers.
Whether you are a seasoned forager or not, you will never look at your garden so called 'weeds' in the same way again.
This class will give you the chance to create your chosen letter of the alphabet or go freestyle and will take you through the steps to ensure you are taking away a stunning artwork that will become a long lasting addition to your home.
